Creature from the Black Lagoon online slots is based on the 1954 monster 3D horror movie which was distributed by Universal Pictures. The game has a vintage feel and  focuses on scientists making their way down the Amazon River where they discover prehistoric creatures.

Symbols and Spins

The main characters of the movie are used as symbols that adorn the reels of the Creature from the Black Lagoon slots agme and they include David, Carl, Lucas and Kay and feature as they looked in the movie.  Other symbols are a vintage camera, oxygen tank, hunting knife and binoculars.  Players will be able to easily identify the wild and free spin symbols.

Wilds

The wild symbol jumps out of a blue and green box on which the title of the game is printed and the free spins are bubbles under the water.  The spreading wilds look the same as the wild symbol, but their backgrounds are gold and orange.

The wild symbols can appear during the main game of Creature from the Black Lagoon and during the free spins and may appear anywhere on all of the five reels.  The wild symbol will substitute for all the other symbols except for the free spin symbols in order to create a winning bet line.  The wild symbol will transform into a sticky symbol and will remain there while a free re-spin follows.  These additional wilds that appear during the re-spin will make the re-spin, extra wilds and initial wild stay on the reels for another re-spin.

Free Spins

Free spin mode is triggered when three or more of the free spin symbols appear on the reels.  3 Free spin symbols will activate ten free spins, four spin symbols will activate fifteen free spins and five free spin symbols will activate twenty free spins.  Free spin mode also offers players an additional opportunity to win more free spins.

During the free spin mode symbols will appear known as target symbols and will shoot the Creature from the Black Lagoon to worsen its health, the creature’s health is measured by a health meter.  Once the creature’s health has declined a spreading wild is triggered , which means that when a wild symbol reappears it will extend to the left changing the adjoining symbol  to a wild.  If the creature’s health deteriorates further the spreading wild will extend to the right.
